Benign prostatic hypertrophy

A sixty-four year old businessman consulted the physicians at Lancaster for the problem of prostate enlargement with urinary frequency and an increasing level of the PSA protein, correlating with the increasing volume of the gland. He required medications to pass urine easily.

After attending the in-residence treatments he began to follow a Vedic lifestyle, changing his diet and incorporating TM and the Maharishi Asana program into his routine. He has continued to do well, having enjoyed a reduction and current stabilization in the PSA level, and being able to reduce his medication level, while avoiding what his urologist felt was imminent surgery.
